Blogs suck but it's easier than dealing with HTML

Been walking last few days feeling out how my leg feels after a couple of miles.  I can get around ok but I notice my gate still favoring my leg.  I’m trying to walk on the ball of my feet with the bad leg it still feels like I’m not sure whats going on.  I feel myself leaning forward more as well. Needless to say allot of little motors are out of whack at the moment.  This is all compounded by the fact the bottom of my foot starts to hurt as if it’s getting pounded harder than it is.  Next day I feel fine so I don’t think I’m doing any harm , just need to keep working on it.  About a month ago it was considerably more numb than it is now.

Leg wound is basically closed now except maybe for a slight sliver. I’m putting aqua-cell gauze stuff on the wet part of the wound now and just wrapping it in gauze.  ( Not sure if that’s the actual name ” aqua-cell ” but it’s basically a gauze type surface that turns to a gel on contact with a wet surface I think).

I might take some images this weekend and post but there really isn’t anything interesting there to me anymore.  Met a another game developer from the Netherlands who seems to have the same type of cancer I had.  He is going to have a similar procedure and we have been talking a bit.  Here is his site for anyone interested Brian Beuken’s Blog

I’m going to make sure I’m on call for all his questions before and after. That’s kind of the point of documenting everything here is in the hopes it can help another that is going to be experiencing the same thing.

It’s really cool wireless technology for your camera if you haven’t tried it. Why camera makers don’t include this in camera’s to start with is beyond me.  Thanks Eye-Fi peoples.

Leg hole healing going fine nothing to really report and the photo updates of it I think at this point are getting redundant.  It is slowly closing and when it gets to a more significant state I will post a photo to gross out friends and family.

Some other things I would like to say though today.

First off thanks to all my members at GHOSTNOTE.NET who have donated some cash to help me rebuild the GN coffers.   It amazes me each time the speed in which people pitch in to help, it’s really awesome.

Also wanted to say fuck you disability insurance people at MATRIX.  They don’t mind taking your money but when you need it ( i.e. having cancer and shit ) they sure as hell make it stressful in the attempt to eat and keep the heat on.  If you have  MATRIX as a insurance provider find someone else, they suck.

Here is some video of the Wound Vac being placed.  Well before that a kind Dr helped clean it up.  I was to see Dr. Bailey but on my way to his office he was running out to help with a emergency.  When your a bad ass you just can’t help it everyone wants a piece.
