Leg wound is about closed and everything looks good. I’m going to see a physical therapist in a few days to give me some pointers on working out the nerve kinks in my leg and shoulder. I don’t talk about the shoulder much because it isn’t a real pressing issue to me. There is a slight twinge, kind of like if you have ever slept on your arm wrong. So I’m going to start walking and testing out my leg some and stop favoring it so much, it is time.

Wound Vac Day 12

Everything moving along with the wound vac. It’s slowly closing but the space under the tendon is taking longer to fill in. I was supposed to get my PEG tube out this past Monday but got my times all wrong and missed it. It’s been rescheduled for the end of the month. I hope to have video of that.

Well got some infection in my leg hole. Although from the sounds of it it’s not like flesh eating bacteria or something crazy but never the less it’s going to take a vacuum sealer thing to help it get going and heal correctly.
